Torpedo Factory Art CenterSeptember is a special month for two diverse communities in Alexandria. It is the celebration of Enkutatash (Ethiopian New Year) in the Ethiopian community, a large population in Alexandria’s West End, as well as the start of Hispanic Heritage Month honoring the Latin American community, a vibrant population comprising a vital part of Alexandria’s Arlandria neighborhood.

Torpedo Factory Art CenterOctober is a time for reflection and renewal. Put on your favorite fall colors, sip your pumpkin-spice latte, and enjoy the cooler weather as we put on a fall masquerade. Costumes are optional but HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. Best dressed will win a special prize at our presentations at 8:30 pm. Featuring DJ sets with all your favorite October and Halloween-themed music. In partnership with our community makerspace friends at Nova Labs.
