This festival showcases some of the most dazzling and innovative collection of submitted works selected by a distinguished jury of computer graphics experts and specialists.

Beyond the pomp and circumstance, what does it mean to have served? This night celebrates the opening of the exhibition “Perspective Shift: What it Means to Serve,” a filming of "Highest Honor" Veterans Day Banner Project, and spoken poems and music by active and retired service members.
The Torpedo Factory Art Center welcomes back Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) to host a special comedy show featuring veterans, service members, and military family members from the DC Metro Area. The event will provide a platform for veteran artists to showcase their talents, express themselves, and have their voices heard in front of members of the local community. This is an opportunity for the civilian and military world to connect through comedy, dispel stereotypes and misnomers, and engage in an honest dialogue about the veteran, military, and human experience.
Capital Area Photographers welcomes lawyer Aaron Arce Stark to explain how to best handle copyright, contracts and consent as a professional photographer. This program is presented as part of the Community Partnership Program.
