In Alexandria ArchaeoMadness, 16 selected sites, highlighting the City’s rich and diverse past, enter the tournament in a single elimination bracket. For each game, participants vote for their favorite in a head-to-head competition between two sites. The winners from each matchup move on to the next round to compete in the final March 28 championship.
Alexandria’s ArchaeoMadness is based on an international tournament presented by the Archaeological Institute of America and sponsored by Friends of Alexandria Archaeology (FOAA).
