The immersive exhibition, 40 x 40, celebrates the 40th anniversary of the International Archive of Women in Architecture (IAWA). A unique repository in the world, the IAWA’s mission is to preserve women’s records and foster research to repair the historical narrative of architecture. The exhibition’s reflective atmosphere aims to raise the awareness of the mission of the IAWA and encourage the public to contribute to it.
40 x 40 participated in the exhibition TIME SPACE EXISTENCE hosted by the European Cultural Center in Venice, Italy, throughout the duration of the 2025 Venice Biennale, May 10 – November 23, 2025.
