Ellen Delaney was born and raised in Hamden Connecticut, but has lived in the Washington DC area for many years. She received a B.A. from Georgetown University and a Masters of Architecture from Catholic University.

Her work consists mainly of abstract landscapes in acrylic. Her Solo Show, “Color Fields” was featured in the Art League Gallery at the Torpedo Factory June 2010.
