Yuting Chang is a Taiwanese ceramic designer-maker. With an industrial design background, She is obsessed with crafting the details and exploring the unknown possibilities from sketches to final pieces.
Her works received the Homeware Design of the Year at the Dezeen Awards 2020, the Dezeen Awards 2020 public vote winner, a Gold A’ Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Award Winner 2020, and a Student Notable in the Speculative Design category in the 2020 Core77 Design Awards program.
Chang has taken part in exhibitions, such as Wanted Design: was/is (Brooklyn, 2019), and Sight Unseen Offsite (New York, 2018). Her work has been published in several blogs and magazines, such as Dezeen, Core77 and Colossal. Chang holds an MFA in Design for Emerging Technologies from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and has received New Artists Society Merit Scholarships.
