Geospatial Mapping with Washington DC ACM SIGGRAPH

The Washington DC Chapter of ACM SIGGRAPH in collaboration with the Torpedo Factory Art Center presents Geospatial Mapping with Craig Brower and Isaac Zaworski of VRICON. Isaac and Craig will conduct an interactive discussion on all things geospatial to include, how geospatial mapping technology, along with satellite imagery, has changed the face of traditional mapping techniques as well as how the technology has become part of our everyday lives.  From cell phones to satellites, we will explore how geospatial mapping has changed the way we view our world.

Capital Area Photographers will be hosting Amy Moeller, Editor in Chief of Washingtonian Bride & Groom, Tabitha Roberts, owner of the blog United with Love and Roberts and Co. Events, and Kelley Cannon, owner of Kelley Cannon Events as a panel to answer all your publishing questions.
