On Alexandria's most festive weekend of the year, the Torpedo Factory joins the merriment with its annual Holiday Festival. After the Scottish Walk and before the Holiday Boat Parade of Lights on the Potomac, the Torpedo Factory Art Center will be open for visitors who want to buy handmade, one-of-a-kind unique and artful gifts.
The D.C.-based food incubator and pop-uppery, EatsPlace, is expanding with a new location at the Torpedo Factory Art Center.
