Second Thursday Art Night
The Torpedo Factory Art Center celebrates the legacy of women in the arts during Women’s History Month. Of the 132 resident artists in the Torpedo Factory, more than 100 of them are women. The night also features a host of new exhibitions, live music, button making, and a peek into the life of an Alexandria socialite who became a Confederate spy.
Chamber Music with the Beau Soir Ensemble
Torpedo Factory Art CenterHarp, flute and viola trio Beau Soir Ensemble returns to the Torpedo Factory Art Center for a night of classical and Irish music. This concert is free and open to the public. Part of the Torpedo Factory Art Center's Community Partnership program.
6th Annual March150 Art Party
Studio 2 - Target GalleryTarget Gallery’s popular annual fundraising exhibition and art sale, March150, returns to the Torpedo Factory Art Center to raise money in support of the Gallery’s special exhibitions and programs.
During the Art Party, all work is priced at $100 (normally $150). Guests have an opportunity to mingle with other art enthusiasts and meet many of the artists who have contributed to the show.

The Friends of the Torpedo Factory Mentorship Program Culminating Exhibition
Torpedo Factory Art CenterAn exhibition of student work will be on view in Studio 8 and the main hall for the culminating exhibition for the 2016 Mentor’s Program, organized and hosted by the Friends of the Torpedo Factory Art Center. Each of the participating students spent this school year partnered with one of the Torpedo Factory’s resident artists to develop their skills and techniques.
