The inspiration and start for all of Annemarie Feld’s designs and creations are materials from various sources and places.
“Every item has a story to tell. For this show I merged beautiful Llama fleece from Kentucky, leather from Maine, fish skins from Alaska, a metal dot pattern from Istanbul and buttons from Switzerland. All these are the ‘building blocks’ for my one-of-a -kind wearable items and you will continue the story when you use or wear my art on YOUR journey.”
