TAG member artist and oil painter Ellen Kolansky presents a grouping of her landscape paintings in Studio 311 from Monday, June 20th, through Sunday, July 17th, 2016.
Ellen is happiest when painting what she sees – whether landscape, still life, or the human figure. Her style is loose, noted for its rhythm, color, and grace. In the current show scenes depict the C & O Canal, Potomac river, Frederick Maryland train station and Great Falls among other locations.
Her work has been shown at The Art League Gallery, The Target Gallery and at The Yellow Barn Gallery in Glen Echo.
