We have a fun interactive display on the back wall this holiday season–a “My wish…” message board alongside beautiful angel wings created by studio artist Candace Edgerley. Come in a take a selfie with your family and friends to share and make a wish for 2020 to add to our collection! Candace’s silk organza angel wings were first created for an exhibition at the Atlanta International airport using the traditional Japanese technique of shibori. They have also been exhibited at Blackrock Center for the Arts in MD and recently at Artists and Makers Studios in Rockville, MD.
