The Teen Winter Art Contest is a self-expressive, visual art contest created by the Alexandria Library for painters and photographers in middle schools and high schools throughout Alexandria. All award winners will be showcased at the Torpedo Factory Art Center from Sunday March 3 – Sunday March 10.
