DESCRIPTION:‘Smoky Sovereign’ dragon with Suminigashi ink marbleding by Tracie Griffith Tso of Reston\, Va. \nGeometric patterned stoneware lamp with incised detailing in contrasting black and white by Laura Fall of Arlington\, Va. \nCatch a spark at the “Light My Fire” show as Fire On Studio 22 artists offer bright shiny objects as Spring is just around the corner. \nCreatives offer fresh from the fire conceptions that play with blazes. Glass creations glint and glow while potters offer toasty finishes\, vibrant vessels and original luminaries. \nDeck out interiors with stylish bespoke lamps sporting textures and sparking glazing\, finished with upcycled finials and vintage accents. A bistro-height pedestal table of kilnformed glass and custom steel construction glistens in ivory with golden amber translucent accents. Peace bowls\, appearing like otherworld portals with blue depths and red-hot magma. \nTealights twinkle in playful candy-colored holders made of glass\, while molten earth shapes confections for candles in a contrast of fire and Earth. \nKilnformed glass tealight holders with tack detailing by Sandi Martina of Woodbridge\, Va. \nPitfied vase with smoked\, atmosphereic finish and brush detailing by Elke Seefeldt of Arlington\, Va. \nArtists play with light\, showing stark contrasts of black and white in dishware\, decorative vases and mediative pieces accented with warm hues.
