My pleasure is plein air painting in acrylics. Colors and textures are used loosely to create an abstract narrative. I have also begun working in encaustics. These paints have a unique depth of color and abstract qualities that are appealing to me. I am able to carve and paint. I use dark and light contrasts to create tension and interest.
