Pat Howard is a photographer based in Alexandria, Virginia. Her images are poetic in nature, often focusing on the suggestion of a story or narrative. Previously an Assistant Professor of Art at Juniata College in Pennsylvania, she now teaches at the Smithsonian Associates in Washington DC. Her work has been exhibited at many venues, including Redline Arts Center (Denver), Rathfarnham Castle (Dublin, Ireland) and Juniata Museum College of Art.
