Colleen Spencer Henderson is a
fine art photographer with a strong interest in landscapes
and cityscapes. When shooting landscapes she is drawn to wide-open,
unspoiled spaces, and prefers photographing during the "golden-hour",
the half-hour before and after sunrise and sunset. When cityscapes
are her inspiration, she prefers nighttime photography, especially
after a snowfall which can transform a city into something
magical.
Colleen is trained in traditional and
digital photography techniques. She captures her images using
both film and digital cameras and prints all of her photographs
digitally using Epson printers. The resulting images are rich
and vibrant, archival pigment prints.
In conjunction with her photography Colleen
has developed a series of digital photography workshops teaching
others how to use emerging technologies to produce and enhance

Colleen's work is included in several
private and corporate collections and has been recognized
in many regional and national art competitions. She adheres
to strict archival processing techniques and uses museum quality
materials during all phases of the printing, mounting and
framing of each image.

on image size and framing choices.
