Gwendolyn
Graine's
paper assemblages are made of acrylic painted papers which
the artist paints with bold, acrylic colors and then folds,
pleats or rolls into various dimensional shapes. They are
organized into strong compositions which are vibrant and compelling.
Graine's work is exciting, personal and
unusual. She has had many one-person shows and is represented
in collections in this country and abroad.
